You can find additional details about your test day on your school's website if you decide to take the TEAS through an institution (remote/in person).
If you are taking the test through ATI, or at a PSI testing center, you will find specific details about your test day on their respective websites.

Where can I find my TEAS test date, time, and location?
Where you can find these details depends on how you registered:

If you register through an institution, they will provide you with all the information that you need, either through email or through updates on their website.

If you register through ATI, you can find these details in your ATI account, under 'Recent Activity'.
What to expect on my TEAS test day?
On your test day:

your ID will be checked, and you will be admitted to the testing room by the staff

inside the testing room, there will be proctors who are constantly checking for odd/disruptive behavior

you will be given a calculator and scratch paper by the proctors

you will be allowed a 10-minute break after the math section (you are not allowed to access any personal items during the break)

you can raise your hand if you need to leave the room anytime besides break time or if you have any issues and need the proctor
What to bring on TEAS test day?
Generally, for your TEAS test day you should bring:

valid, government-issued ID (digital copies or photos are not considered official identification)

login information from your ATI account

two no.2 pencils (if you are taking the paper version)
Do I need to bring an ID on test day?
You need to have a government-issued ID on you on test day. Make sure that the name on the ID is the exact same as on your registration form.
Photos, digital copies, or student IDs are not considered valid forms of identification for the TEAS.
Do I need to have a calculator?
You do not need to have your own calculator on test day.
If you take the test in person, on paper, the proctors will give you a physical calculator.
If you take the test online (remote/in-person), a calculator is built into the test.
Can I have a drink during my TEAS test?
You cannot have a drink on your desk during the TEAS.
If you require it for medical reasons, make sure to apply for accommodations.
Can you eat during TEAS?
You cannot eat or have food on your desk during the TEAS.
If you require food because of medical reasons, make sure to apply for accommodations.
Can I use scratch paper on the TEAS?
You can use scratch paper during the TEAS.
If you are taking the exam remotely, you can have a piece of paper to use. It must be 8 ½" x 11" and blank. You are also allowed to use a small tabletop whiteboard.
For in-person exams, proctors will provide you with scratch paper. You do not need to bring your own.
Can I wear headphones during the test?
You are not allowed to wear headphones during the TEAS.
If you have any medical requirements, make sure to apply for accommodations.
Can I wear a head covering during the TEAS test?
You are allowed to wear a religious head covering during your TEAS. Make sure that your face and eyes are visible for the entirety of the test, especially if you are taking a remote test.
Head coverings that are not religious apparel, such as hats, caps, or beanies, are not allowed.
What can trigger a flag during the TEAS test?
Some actions that could trigger a flag during your test are:

trying to use copy/paste

unusual mouse movements

eyes wandering

looking down into your lap

noise/talking

another person in the room (for remote test takers)
How will I know if I was flagged during the TEAS test?
You will not be notified if you were flagged during your test.
The proctors are the only ones that have access to the recording of your attempt. From their end, they can see every time the software has flagged your behavior as suspicious.
Do your best to stick to the rules and instructions given by your proctor before your test.
Can I start my TEAS early?
You can start your TEAS earlier than your exam time.
To do this, all you have to do is log into your ATI student account and begin your attempt. As long as a proctor is available, you can start your exam up to 6 hours before your set start time.
Can I take a break during my TEAS test?
You are allowed to take a ten-minute break after your math section. During this, the exam timer stops, meaning that you do not lose any of the allotted time for the test.
Can I take a bathroom break during the TEAS?
You can take bathroom breaks during the test. Keep in mind that, outside the allotted ten-minute break, the test time does not stop.
You cannot make up for lost time outside the built-in break time.
Do I need to bring my laptop to an in-person TEAS test?
You do not need to bring your laptop to your in-person TEAS test.

If your test is computer-based, the school/testing center where you are taking your test will provide you with the necessary technology.
Can I have a drink, snack, or tissues on my desk during the test?
You are not allowed to have a drink, tissues, or a snack on your desk during your TEAS test.
The only exceptions are medical requirements. Make sure you apply for accommodations if that is your case.
